Pro-Care Immigration Consultancy Inc has been serving clients for more than 15 years. Our services are provided by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) authorized by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (IRCC) to offer immigration advice and/or representation to clients worldwide.
3. Scope of Services
We provide professional immigration consulting and representation services, including but not limited to:
Temporary Resident applications
Permanent Residency applications
Study, Work, and Visitor Visa guidance
Family sponsorship
Immigration problem resolution (inland and overseas)
General immigration consultation and file assessment
All advice is provided based on the information you share with us. The accuracy and outcome of your application depend on the completeness and truthfulness of the documents you provide.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
While we offer expert guidance and representation, Pro-Care Immigration Consultancy Inc does not guarantee the approval of any application.
All final decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and/or related government bodies.
5. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and updated information.
Submit required documents within the requested timeframe.
Review all forms and documents before submission.
Pay all government processing fees not included in professional service fees.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or refusal of your application.
6. Fees and Payments
Professional service fees will be outlined in a Retainer Agreement before any work begins.
Fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated.
Government fees are separate and payable directly to the appropriate authorities unless specified otherwise.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. All personal information you provide is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering immigration services.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required by law or immigration authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pro-Care Immigration Consultancy Inc is not liable for:
Decisions made by IRCC or government agencies
Delays caused by government processing times
Changes in immigration laws or policies
Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Our liability is limited strictly to the professional services outlined in your retainer agreement.
9. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree not to:
Misuse or attempt unauthorized access
Copy or reproduce any content without permission
Use our content for unlawful or harmful purposes
All website content including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Pro-Care Immigration Consultancy Inc.
10. Amendments to Terms
